I grew up in a home where emotional regulation wasn't taught. I had to learn these skills on my own through trial and error. I know it is not easy…but I’m here to tell you it does get better.

I’m not a therapist handing you theory from a textbook — I’m someone who’s lived through the chaos of emotional highs and lows, toxic relationships, and the feeling of being trapped in your own mind. 

Rather than offering abstract theories, I provide tangible tools you can use in your daily life to navigate emotional triggers.

I create the safe, judgment-free environment I wished for during my own journey. Here, all emotions are valid, and setbacks are viewed as normal parts of growth rather than failures.

Through my own ongoing practice, I've developed a straightforward approach that balances compassion with practical skills—the same combination that has made the difference in my life.
